When you are doing things you enjoy it is not really "work".
24 hours in every day. Lots of time to do things. Some of it is physically hard and some is sitting at a desk. You can get a lot done when you keep at it.
I repair trellis in the vineyard. Walk up and down the hills pruning vines. Get stained green whacking weeds. Dig holes to plant new vines. Tend wines aging in the cellar. Enjoy talking with visitors in the tasting room on weekends. Pack wines and ship orders. Figure out reports. Get sticky and wet crushing and pressing fresh grapes at harvest. It all gets done before you know it.
Then at the end of the day there is the joy of sitting at the dinner table eating a delicious homemade spaghetti dish with a full glass of a homemade wine I know very well. Nice.
