Gift Orders

Thank you for sending my wine as a gift.  Some considerations below.

Let recipient know who is sending the gift by writing a message In the notes box located in your cart write your message. An attractive gift card will be printed and enclosed in your package.
    No price information is enclosed in packages.
    Gift wrap is not available.

Timing: From time of order allow 9 days for delivery to the East. 2 days for delivery within CA. 

Steps to make sure delivery works. Gift packages get returned far too often because the receiver wasn’t home to sign, or the package was sent to an incorrect address. We want your gift shipment to be delivered.  We do not want it returned.
1. Verify address accuracy.
Best to verify delivery address by confirming this directly with recipient.  
2. Adult must be available to sign for package.
Notify your recipient of the upcoming signature required delivery so they can watch for it.
3. Monitor your email notices about the shipment. 
These are helpful carrier (UPS or GLS) notifications about delivery date, missed deliveries and final delivery. 

Failed Delivery Policy is CANCEL AND REFUND When a package is returned  after 3 attempts there are original shipping charges for outbound shipping and the added charges for return shipping. The customer will receive a refund less the outbound and return shipping charges.
