Gift Orders

Please do not send a wine gift unless you are sure an adult will be available to sign for the delivery. See steps below to make sure delivery works. Wine deliveries without exception require an adult signature.

Timing: From time of order allow 9 days for delivery to the East. 2 days for delivery to CA. If you want to delay delivery please mention this in the Notes box in your cart.

Write a gift message: In the Notes box located in your cart write your message. An attractive gift card will be printed and enclosed in your package.
    No price information is enclosed in packages.
    Gift wrap is not available.

Steps to make sure delivery works. Gift packages get returned far too often because the receiver wasn’t home to sign, or the package was sent to an incorrect address. We want your gift shipment to be delivered.  We do not want it returned.
1. Verify address accuracy.
Best to verify delivery address by confirming this directly with recipient.  
2. Adult must be home to sign for package.
Notify your recipient of the upcoming signature required delivery. It’s not a surprise to the gift recipient if they never receive their gift.
3. Watch your email notices. 
These are helpful carrier notifications about delivery date, missed deliveries and final delivery.

* Failed Delivery Policy is CANCEL AND REFUND When a package is returned  after 3 attempts there are original shipping charges for outbound shipping and the added charges for return shipping. The customer will receive a refund less the outbound and return shipping charges.
