Tasting Notes: 
 Aromas of boysenberry, cherry, plum, dusty cedar. Flavors of crisp Santa rosa plum, raspberry, tart red cherry and cranberry. Layered earthy crisp berry, cherry and spice. Dry tannins and acidity make for a fresh finish.

The Grapes:  Counoise 50% and Carignane 50% are the varieties that make up this blend. Single vineyard estate grown on the hillside here in Dry Creek Valley.  

The Vineyards:
 Counoise a grows in the Frick Estate Owl Hill Vineyard. Frick Estate Gannon Vineyrard is home to the Carignane.  

The Wine:
 A blend of two very complimentary less known Rhone grape varieties. Aged 22 months in neutral oak barrels.
