Frick is a wonderful world of happily farming the earth and enjoying good wine, food and friendships.
Scarce, distinctive, delicious, natural grape wines from one place. 7.77 hillside acres on a country road lined with native pine, manzanita, oak, wild blackberry and wild rocky vineyards. My wines are a genuine natural expression of this place. They reflect the soil, weather, grape variety and vintners loving care.
This year, 2025, is my 49th year as Frick Winery. My wonderful wife Judith Gannon and I started this adventure in 1976 with proceeds from the sale of our 1957 Chevrolet. A big dream that began and remains beautifully small.
