Tasting Notes: Light straw color. Fresh floral aromas of honeysuckle and white orchid. Ripe apple, apricot, mango, quince paste. Rich pleasant aromatics and fruit. Chewy dried apricot and pear fruit in the long lingering finish.

The Grapes: Grenache Blanc and Viognier are the varieties that make up this blend. They are both estate and hillside. This wine is Grenache Blanc 66%, Viognier 34%
The Vineyards: Viognier is from Frick's Estate Gannon Vineyard tucked onto a south facing hillside adjacent to the tasting house.
Grenache Blanc is from Frick’s Estate Owl Hill Vineyard. Rocky soil with two distinct micro climates that add to complexity.
The Wine: Delicious, full bodied, with big rich round mouth feel that is dry and crisp at the same time. Elegant with a great complexity of flavor.
