The Grapes: Grenache Blanc and Viognier are the varieties that make up this blend. They are both estate and hillside. This wine is Grenache Blanc 66%, Viognier 34%
The Vineyards: Viognier is from Frick's Estate Gannon Vineyard tucked onto a south facing hillside adjacent to the tasting house.
Grenache Blanc is from Frick’s Estate Owl Hill Vineyard. Rocky soil with two distinct micro climates that add to complexity.
The Wine: Delicious, full bodied, with big rich round mouth feel that is dry and crisp at the same time. Elegant with a great complexity of flavor.
